We completed a full renovation of this home in Punta Prima, updating the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces, alongside interior and exterior painting.

The kitchen combines matte black cabinetry with light worktops, white tiled splashbacks and wood-effect flooring. In the bathroom, a walk-in shower with a built-in seat, patterned feature tiles and black fittings creates a distinctive finish, complemented by a timber vanity and countertop basin.

Fresh white walls and ceilings bring a consistent look to the living room, bedroom and connecting spaces. Outside, grey terrace tiles and freshly painted white walls complete the transformation of the entrance and front courtyard.
