Villamartín — Exterior Painting

Type of work
Exterior painting
Where
Villamartín

We completed an exterior repaint of this home in Villamartín, covering the façade, balcony and roof terrace walls, alongside the exterior joinery. Floors were covered with dust sheets while the walls were painted.

Fresh light-coloured walls contrast with warm ochre window and door surrounds, dark timber details and black metal railings. The finish refreshes the property while retaining its Mediterranean character, decorative tile borders and stone-effect cladding. The photos show the painting in progress and the completed finish across the different levels of the home.

La Zenia — Exterior Wall Restoration and Painting

Type of work
Exterior painting
Where
La Zenia

We restored and repainted the front boundary wall of this home in La Zenia, including the street-facing exterior, garden-facing side and entrance pillars.

The work included re-rendering and preparing the wall surfaces before applying a light-coloured exterior finish. The completed walls have a consistent texture and colour, giving the property’s entrance a cleaner, brighter appearance.

The photos document the restoration from the exposed render through to the finished paintwork on both sides of the wall.

We completed a full renovation of this home in Punta Prima, updating the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces, alongside interior and exterior painting.

The kitchen combines matte black cabinetry with light worktops, white tiled splashbacks and wood-effect flooring. In the bathroom, a walk-in shower with a built-in seat, patterned feature tiles and black fittings creates a distinctive finish, complemented by a timber vanity and countertop basin.

Fresh white walls and ceilings bring a consistent look to the living room, bedroom and connecting spaces. Outside, grey terrace tiles and freshly painted white walls complete the transformation of the entrance and front courtyard.
